Light Speed! is an OpenGL-based program which illustrates the effects of
special relativity on the appearance of moving objects. When an object
accelerates past a few million meters per second, these effects begin to
grow noticeable, becoming more and more pronounced as the speed of light
is approached. These relativistic effects are viewpoint-dependent, and
include shifts in length, object hue, brightness and shape.
The moving object is, by default, a geometric lattice. 3D Studio and
LightWave 3D objects may be imported as well. Best of all, the simulator
is completely interactive, rendering the exotic distortions in real-time!

Planets is a simple interactive program for playing with simulations
of planetary systems. It is great for teaching gravitation on planet
level.
The user interface is aimed at being simple enough for a fairly young
kid to enjoy it, there is a special kid-mode for this purpose.

Pomocou Step sa nielen naučíte, ale aj pocítite ako funguje fyzika. Môžete
na scénu umiestniť telesá a pridať sily ako gravitácia alebo pružiny,
potom kliknete na „Simulovať“ a Step vám ukáže ako sa scéna vyvinie podľa
zákonov fyziky. Môžete zmeniť každú z vlastností telies/síl vo vašom
experimente a uvidíte ako to zmení vývoj experimentu.

KTurtle je vzdelávacie programovacie prostredie používajúce programovací
jazyk TurtleScript (inšpirovaný jazykom Logo). Pokúša sa čo najviac
zjednodušiť a sprístupniť programovanie.
Používateľ programuje korytnačku pomocou príkazov TurtleScript a tá kreslí
na plátno obrázok. Preto je KTurtle vhodné na výuku základov matematiky,
geometrie a programovania.

Squeak Etoys was inspired by LOGO, PARC-Smalltalk, Hypercard, and
starLOGO. It is a media-rich authoring environment with a simple
powerful scripted object model for many kinds of objects created by
end-users that runs on many platforms, and is free and open source. It
includes 2D and 3D graphics, images, text, particles, presentations,
web-pages, videos, sound and MIDI, etc. It includes the ability to
share desktops with other Etoy users in real-time, so many forms of
immersive mentoring and play can be done over the Internet.
This is the Squeak image developed for the OLPC project.
