Calculix GraphiX (cgx) er en 3-dimensionel for- og efterbrænder for finitte
elementer. CalculiX CrunchiX Finite Element Models kan bygges, beregnes og
efterbehandles. For- og efterbrænderen er et interaktivt 3D-værktøj, der
bruger openGL API'en.
Udover Calculix CrunchiX-resultatfiler (frd) kan resultater fra OpenFoam,

De grundlæggende funktioner i Code_Saturne gør det muligt at håndtere
inkompressible eller kompressible strømme med eller uden varmeoverførsel
og turbulens. Dedikerede moduler er tilgængelige for specifik fysik såsom
strålingsvarmeoverførsel, forbrænding (gas, kul, svær brændselsolie ...),
magneto-hydrodynamik, kompressible strømme, to-fase-strømme
(Euler-Lagrange-tilgang med gensidig kobling), udvidelser til specifikke
anvendelser (f.eks. Mercure_Saturne for atmosfærisk miljø).
Programmet kører parallelt med MPI på maskiner med distribueret hukommelse.
Det har været i udvikling siden 1997 på EDF F&U og er baseret på en
co-beliggende Finite Volume-tilgang, der accepterer masker med enhver form
for celle (tetraederformet, hexahedral, prismatisk, pyramideformet,
polyhedral ...) og enhver form for gitterstruktur (ustruktureret,
blokstruktureret, hybrid, overensstemmende eller med hængende knudepunkter
...).

For 3D-udskrivning, CNC-milling eller for manuel samling af komplicerede konstruktioner skal man bruge en formel specifikation af arbejdet, dvs., dets dele og hvordan disse samles. Processen med at nå dertil kaldes Computer-Aided Design (CAD). Processen med at transformere en CAD-model til en serie af instruktioner, der kan udføres på en maskine kaldes Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM). FreeCAD kan udføre begge, den første en smule bedre end den anden.
FreeCAD er et CAx RAD, udviklet i åben kildekode, baseret på OpenCasCade,
Qt og Python. Det indeholder nogle nøglekoncepter såsom makrolæsning,
arbejdsbænke, mulighed for at køre som en server og programudvidelser, som
dynamisk kan indlæses, og det er designet til at være uafhængig af platform.
I øjeblikket kan FreeCAD importere og vise CAD-modeller i formaterne IGES,
STEP og BRep og mesh'er i formaterne STL, BMS, AST og Wavefront OBJ.
Redigerings- og modelleringsfunktioner er i øjeblikket noget begrænsede.

Denne pakke indeholder et antal redskaber til manipulering og visning af
Silofiler. Silo er et videnskabeligt dataformatbibliotek.
Silo understøtter gitterløse (punkt) mesher, strukturerede mesher,
ustrukturerede zoo og ustrukturerede arbitrære polyhedrale mesher,
blokstrukturerede AMR-mesher, konstruktive faste geometri (CSG) mesher,
stykvis konstant (f.eks. zone-centreret) og stykvis lineær (f.eks.
knudecentreret) variabler defineret på knuden, kant, face- eller
diskenhedselementer for mesher samt dekomponeringen af mesher til
arbitrære undersæthierarkier inklusive materialer og blanding af
materialer. Derudover understøtter Silo en bred vifte af andre nyttige
objekter til at adressere videnskabelige beregningsbehov. Selvom
biblioteket Silo er et seriel bibliotek, så har det nogle nøglefunktioner,
som gør det muligt at blive anvendt ret så effektivt og til parallel skalering.

DOLFIN er Python- og C++-grænsefladen for FEniCS-projektet for den

Persalys is a graphical user interface for OpenTURNS, dedicated to the
treatment of uncertainty and the management of variabilities. The software is
a tool between the computer simulation, probabilistic analyses and the data
sciences. The interface is available in French or in English.
Persalys allows one to:

This is a Python3 interface to SILO, a scientific I/O library.
Silo supports gridless (point) meshes, structured meshes, unstructured-zoo
and unstructured-arbitrary-polyhedral meshes, block structured AMR meshes,
constructive solid geometry (CSG) meshes, piecewise-constant
(e.g. zone-centered) and piecewise-linear (e.g. node-centered) variables
defined on the node, edge, face or volume elements of meshes as well as
the decomposition of meshes into arbitrary subset hierarchies including
materials and mixing materials. In addition, Silo supports a wide variety of
other useful objects to address various scientific computing application
needs. Although the Silo library is a serial library, it has some key features
which enable it to be applied quite effectively and scalable in parallel.

BRL-CAD is a powerful combinatorial Constructive Solid Geometry solid modeling
system that includes interactive 3D solid geometry editing, high-performance
ray-tracing support for rendering and geometric analysis, network-distributed
framebuffer support, image and signal-processing tools, path-tracing and photon
mapping support for realistic image synthesis, a system performance analysis
benchmark suite, an embedded scripting interface, and libraries for robust
high-performance geometric representation and analysis.
BRL-CAD supports a great variety of geometric representations including an
extensive set of traditional CSG primitive implicit solids such as boxes,
ellipsoids, cones, and tori, as well as explicit solids made from closed
collections of Uniform B-Spline Surfaces, Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline
(NURBS) surfaces, n-Manifold Geometry (NMG), and purely faceted mesh geometry.
