|
gtklick is a simple metronome with an easy-to-use GTK+ interface,
supporting the JACK sound server.
It features different sounds to choose from,
arbitrary meters and beat patterns, a speed trainer,
and the ability to save and restore profiles.
gtklick is implemented as a frontend to klick and uses OSC messages
to communicate with the backend.
Using klick directly on the command line offers additional features
like tempo maps and synchronization with JACK transport.

klick é um metrônomo baseado em linha de comando avançado que usa o servidor
de som JACK. Ele permite que você defina mapeamentos de tempo complexos para
performances ou músicas inteiras.
Um único tempo e medida podem ser especificados em linha de comando,
enquanto que mapeamentos de tempo mais complexos podem ser lidos de arquivos
de texto simples. Alternativamente, é possível executar klick em modo
interativo, onde o tempo pode ser mudado durante a execução usando o
teclado, ou seguir informações de tempo lidas do transporte JACK.

GNU Solfege é um programa para treinar o ouvido para X Window escrito em
Python, usando bibliotecas GTK+ 2.0. Você pode praticar intervalos
harmônicos e melódicos, acordes, escalas e ritmos, e você pode adicionar
novos exercícios usando um arquivo em formato de texto puro.
Treinamento de ouvido é um grande assunto com muitas conexões com teoria da
música e execução de música, então eu nem mesmo tentei fazer um "curso
completo de treinamento de ouvido no computador". Mas eu espero que alguém
ache este software útil.
